What are e-mail specials? |
These are exclusive e-mail messages that we send to our customers who have signed up for them. They may include special money-saving offers, new or featured products or information about our Marketplace friends. What if I forget my password? |
NO PROBLEM
You can get a reminder sent to your e-mail address. Simply click the sign-in link in the upper right hand corner or click the My Account link, then enter your Email address and click the Forgot My Password link. Follow all instructions |
Product Availability |
We carry inventory for all products we sell, however, some products have limited quantities and may not be available. We do our best to prevent items from becoming out of stock. If an item is backordered, you will be notified and we will ship as the stock is replenished. |
Return Policy |
We want you to love what you ordered. If something does not meet your expectations, please let us know. Follow the directions below to return merchandise. Please return your merchandise within 15 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid – we cannot accept COD packages. You can either receive a refund (except for shipping and handling, which is NOT refundable) or replacement merchandise.
Robbie Dawg has the right to refuse a return of merchandise that is obviously opened or damaged, or is returned after 15 days from date of purchase. |

Most orders are sent via UPS regular ground unless otherwise specified.
Pending credit card approval, in-stock merchandise will arrive within 5 business days for standard delivery. Express delivery options are available. |
